To analyze real estate sales data in Excel, the following tasks need to be completed:

  1. Delete incomplete sales data in row 8.
  2. Assign property IDs by typing '2018-001' in cell A5 and using Auto Fill to complete the series in the range A6:A12.
  3. Calculate the number of days the house was on the market using a formula in cell C5 and copy it to the range C6:C12.
  4. Format list prices and sold prices in the range F5:G12 with Accounting Number Format.
  5. Calculate the sales price percentage of the list price using a formula in cell H5 and copy it to the range H6:H12.
  6. Format values in the range H5:H12 with Percent Style.
  7. Wrap headings in the range A4:H4.
  8. Insert a new column between Date Sold and List Price columns, move Days to Market data, and delete column C.
  9. Edit specific data like list date and list price for certain properties.
  10. Set row height and column width for selected property rows.
  11. Apply borders, alignment, and indentations to specific columns.
  12. Apply scaling, insert and hide sheets, and display cell formulas.
  13. Group worksheets, set page orientation and margins.
  14. Insert a footer with custom text, save the workbook and exit Excel.
