Steps to Cancel Credit Hero Account

If you wish to cancel your Credit Hero account, follow these steps:

1. Make sure you have a Credit Hero Score account.

2. Log in to your Credit Hero Score account.

3. Hover your cursor over your Credit Score avatar.

4. Click on ‘My Account’ from the drop-down list.

5. Scroll down after your account details load.

6. Locate the ‘Billing History’ section and click on the ‘Cancel Membership’ option.

7. Three prompts will show up: ‘No, I don’t want to cancel’, 'Send me a reminder 2 days before my next billing period’ and ‘Yes, I still want to cancel’.

8. Select ‘Yes, I still want to cancel’ to cancel your Credit Hero account.
