Where do Jack and Jill go to hide from Goldilocks and the Big Bad Wolf?

A Dungeon

We hear the Big Bad Wolf and Goldilocks approach as they struggle to find a place to hide. The only place in the bear's house is the closet. Unfortunately, the bears don't own any clothes (why do they have a closet with no clothes?). Jack and Jill look around to see if there is any other place to hide. Jill whispers to Jack, "What about this hole in the floor? Look! It leads to an underground tunnel! Let's go!" They hurry down the tunnel and close the hatch back up. A few hours later, they are still crawling through the dark and musty tunnels.

The Castle

Jack and Jill soon see some light shining from the top of the tunnel. They quickly climb out and find themselves in a castle bedroom. Jack shivers from the cold breeze that just passed. They wonder why the tunnels led to the castle and decide to keep looking around. After a few hours, they realize the castle is abandoned. Jack gets a thought and shares it with Jill, suggesting that maybe the bears made the tunnels to come through and eat the royal family. Jill questions Jack's theory, but as they look around, they start to notice the signs. The paintings are torn with claw marks, crowns are covered in blood on the thrones, chandeliers are shattered on the ground, and windows are also shattered. How could they not have been eaten?
