Should Teen Drivers Have Graduated License Regulations?

The Author's Opinion on Teen Drivers' License Regulations

If they are going to do something like this, then I think they should do it for everyone. I have been driving for six months and have only been involved in one fender bender—that’s it! I consider myself a great driver and I think I should be allowed to drive my car whenever I want.
